Warranty Information
A Full Year No-Nonsense Warranty
We engineer each fuel tank and hydraulic reservoir to withstand the test of time and we believe in the quality of our workmanship and material selection. That's why we confidently apply a full year warranty to each tank, accessory item or option that you buy from us.
The summary:
- Materials and Workmanship are warranted for 1 year
- In the event of a manufacturing defect, at Propower's discretion, we will repair or replace the unit
- Propower will pay shipping both ways during the warranty period.
- Warranty does not extend to acts of God, abuse or collision damage.
- Product must be used for intended application only
- Warranty claims must be preauthorized and accompanied by proof of purchase
- Removal and reinstallation cost is not included in the warranty
The legal details:
All fuel and/or hydraulic reservoirs, mounting brackets and accessories furnished by Propower Mfg. Inc., when installed in accordance with the company's instructions and good workmanship procedures, are warranted under normal operating procedures and proper use, to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year after delivery of the product to the original purchaser.
Should our product be found to be faulty due to defects in workmanship and/or materials during the warranty period, the product will be repaired or replaced, at the sole discretion of Propower Mfg. Inc., on a no-charge basis at our factory. For this warranty to be valid, the company must be notified of a claim so that, at the company's option, the product may be examined either by field inspection or by the return of the product to the company's factory. Propower will pay transportation charges for warranty service in the first year. Evidence of misapplication, misuse, abuse, carelessness or unauthorized servicing voids this warranty.
Propower Mfg. Inc.'s liability is limited, at its option, to the repair or replacement of materials furnished as herein above provided, and the buyer's sole and exclusive remedy against the Propower Mfg. Inc. shall be to obtain such replacement or repairs. Propower Mfg. Inc. shall not, under any circumstances, be liable to anyone for damages of any kind or character, whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or otherwise.
Propower assumes responsibility for defective product only to the extent of the actual invoice value of the defective part(s) or product(s) supplied by Propower Mfg. Inc. and assumes no responsibility for additional labour, damage or delays as a result of such defective parts. In no event will Propower Mfg. Inc. be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, consequential, incidental or indirect damages resulting from any breach, default, or delay of performance by Propower Mfg. Inc. under this warranty.
Propower Mfg. Inc. shall not be responsible or liable to the buyer or others, in any manner whatsoever, for any unsatisfactory service behavior by reason of having participated in the design or having accepted the buyer's design and the buyer expressly releases the seller from all such liability.
Propower Mfg. Inc. reserves the right to improve our product through changes in material or design without obligation to incorporate such changes in products of prior manufacture.
This warranty is the sole warranty of Propower Mfg. Inc. and excludes any expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness.
