We’ve Been Building Fuel Tanks And Hydraulic Tanks For Emergency Vehicles

A large portion of our business comes from developing and building diesel fuel tanks and hydraulic reservoirs for our OEM customers. Many of these vehicles are required for use in some of the most extreme situations you can imagine. To say they require reliable components would be the ultimate understatement.
We have built enlarged, ruggedized fuel tanks for all-terrain vehicles and haulers and also one-hundred gallon hydraulic reservoirs with our custom designed SuperFlex™ cradle to absorb vehicle twist and vibration. Some of those started life as an idea presented to us by our customer which then evolved into a prototype that became a production model.
If you have a particular style, size or prototype design that you want to incorporate into equipment or vehicles, we can do that for you too. Many of our current, long-term customers began the relationship by asking us, “Can you guys build something like this?” And we did. If you can imagine it, we can build it for you.

Fuel and hydraulic tanks are essential components in emergency vehicles. They provide the necessary fuel and hydraulic fluid power for proper equipment operation. We have built fuel and hydraulic tanks for off-road equipment, military vehicles, earth roamers and anything else that you could throw at us.
If words like rugged, tough and solid come to mind then we should talk. A properly designed hydraulic reservoir will avoid breakdowns and expensive repairs to your system. Simple things like adding baffles to the reservoirs can prevent air bubbles and particles from entering the hydraulic system and causing problems. Component life can be prolonged just by properly sizing the tank to dissipate heat. When your equipment brings you out to the middle of nowhere, you need to depend on it to get you back too.
