SPC is a process of testing production run samples and calculating the percentage of failures in that run in an effort to try and remain within “acceptable” limits. We know the only way to accomplish that is by leak testing every tank we build instead of only a few random samples. Very few tank manufacturers in the industry do this. It takes more time but we know it’s time well spent. For longer life we powder coat our tanks. Our powder coating process has been refined over the years and our experts know how to prep steel tanks and apply the powder so it goes on and stays on.
